The story began in Rome in the late 1960’s with an enlightened baker that wanted to create a new kind of street pizza that was resilient, delicious and that could be cut and sold by weight. Founded in Rome in 1990, Alice’s bakers have refined the recipe further to create the perfect pizza al taglio!
